And high pressure area from China will continue to extend to upper Thailand; affect to the temperature will further drop by 3-5 ?C, later the rain spell especially with cool weather and morning fog in the North and the Northeast. The monsoon trough across the lower Central, the upper South and the East will move south crossing the middle South and the Gulf with more rain and some heavy in South.
Tropical Cyclone “HUDHUD” (03B) over the Bay of Bengal is forecast to make landfall over India by 12 October while Typhoon “VONGFONG” over the Pacific is forecast to move across Japan during 12-14 October.
