During 28-30 Oct, another high pressure will extend to upper Thailand with cool, morning fog and scattered thundershower over the North and Northeast. The northeast monsoon prevails over the South and the Gulf of Thailand. Scattered rain is likely in the East and the South. After that the high pressure will weaken.
