General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The active low pressure cell over the Bay of Bengal was upgraded to tropical depression. It is moving northward near the coast of Myanmar and Bangladesh during 6-7 November. More rain and isolated heavy rain are expected over the North and the Central of Thailand. People should beware of persistent heavy rain. The stronger wind waves are likely 2-3 meters high in the Andaman Sea. All ships should proceed with caution.
