General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time During 8-10 November the low pressure cell over South China Sea located at the east of Songkhla about 700 kilometers will move to the lower Southern part of Thailand. More rain and isolated heavy to very heavy rain are expected over the lower Chumphon. People should beware of heavy and accumulate rain in the both side of the lower Chumphon. Wind-wave in the Gulf will stronger with wave high 2-3 meters. All ship in the Gulf should proceed with caution.
The active low pressure cell near the coast of Myanmar has to make torrential rain over the North and the Central of Thailand until today (7 November). After that the high pressure from China extends it ridge cover the upper Thailand. Cold and morning fog are expected in the areas.
