General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The active low pressure covers the Andaman Sea. The Northeast wind prevails the South and the Gulf. Fairly widespread thundershower and isolated heavy rain in the South. The provinces include Chumphon, Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phattalung, Songkhla, Ranong, Pangnga, Phuket, Krabi and Trang. People of both the Gulf and the Andaman Sea should beware of the severe condition due to collective rainfalls. The wind waves in the Gulf about 2 meters high and in the Andaman Sea 2-3 meters high. All ships in the Gulf and the Andaman Sea should proceed with caution, and small boats in the Andaman Sea keep ashore.
The high pressure covers upper Thailand. Morning cool is expected in the North and the Northeast.
