General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The moderate high pressure area from China remain extend to upper Thailand with morning cool in the North and the Northeast. The northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and southern Thailand with scattered thundershower. The wave height in the Andaman Sea is about 2 meters. All ships should proceed with caution.
During 12-15 Nov, another rather strong high pressure area from China will extend to upper Thailand. Thunder showers are expected over the North, the Northeast, the Central and the East at first then drop in 2-3 C. The northeast monsoon over the Gulf and southern Thailand will intense and the low pressure cell move from the South China Sea to lower southern Thailand. More rain and isolated heavy rain is expected over southern Thailand with the stronger wind wave about 2 meters in the Gulf of Thailand.
