General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time Another rather strong high pressure area has over the lower China will extend to upper Thailand tonight. During 18-20 Nov. Cooler weather with 2-4 C is likely over upper Thailand. The stronger northeast monsoon will prevail over the Gulf and southern Thailand. More rain and isolated heavy is expected over the South with wave height 2-3 meters in the Gulf. All ships should proceed with caution and small boats in lower Gulf from Surat Thani downward keep ashore during 18-20 Nov.
