The stronger northeast monsoon over the Gulf and southern Thailand affects more rain with isolated heavy over the South while waves height 2-3 meters are likely in the Gulf. All ships should proceed with caution and small boats in lower Gulf from Chumphon downward keep ashore lasting 20 November.
