General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The rather strong high pressure extends to upper Thailand. During 18-19 November, cooler weather dropping by 1-3 C is likely over the areas. The stronger northeast monsoon over the Gulf and southern Thailand affects more rain with isolated heavy over the South while waves height 2-3 meters are likely in the Gulf. All ships should proceed with caution and small boats in lower Gulf from Chumphon downward keep ashore lasting 20 November.
