General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The rather strong high pressure remain extends to upper Thailand. During few days, cooler weather dropping by 1-2 C and strong wind is likely over the areas. The stronger northeast monsoon over the Gulf and southern Thailand affects isolated heavy to very heavy rain over the South while waves height 2-3 meters are likely in the Gulf. All ships should proceed with caution and small boats in lower Gulf from Chumphon downward keep ashore lasting 20 November.
