General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The weak high pressure over upper Thailand leads to slight rise in temperature and more fog in the morning. All travelers should beware of poor visibility due to dense fog. The easterly wind from the South China Sea prevails across and the Northeast and the East of Thailand with isolated rain. The weak northeast monsoon over the Gulf and the South of the country affect widely scattered to scattered thundershowers in the South.
