General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The rather strong high pressure area from China covers upper Vietnam. It will extend to cover upper Thailand today. During 2-4 December, cool weather and dropping by 3-5 C is likely over upper Thailand. The stronger northeast monsoon will prevail over southern Thailand and the Gulf with more rain.
