General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time Another rather strong high pressure has covered southern China. During 12-14 December, It will extend to the upper Thailand leading cooler with 3-5 ?C drops. The stronger northeast monsoon prevails across the Gulf and southern Thailand. The south will receive more rain with wave 2-3 meters high in the Gulf from Nakhon Si Thammrat southward. All ship should proceed with caution and small boats keep ashore.
Tropical storm “HAGUPIT” located over the South China Sea. It then will weaken persistently with no effect on Thailand.
