General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time Another rather strong high pressure covers upper Vietnam. It is expected to reach upper Thailand today. The strong northeast monsoon prevails across the Gulf and the South of Thailand. The wind waves 2-4 meters high is expected in the Gulf. All ships should proceed with caution and small boats in the coast of Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumphon and Surat Thani keep ashore during 12-14 December.
The upper portion of Thailand will receive cool weather with windy, dropping by 3-5 C. People should keep warm in the cooler condition.
