General Situation at 04:00 The rather strong northeast monsoon prevails over the south and the Gulf. Persistent rain and isolated heavy thundershower are expected over the Lower South, especially Pattani, Yala and Narathiwat. People should beware of influence of accumulated rainfall.
The strong wind wave 2-4 meters high is likely in the Gulf. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats keep ashore.
The high pressure area extended upper Thailand is weakening. Rising in temperature 1-2 C with morning fog are likely over upper Thailand. Cold with temperature remains in the North and Northeast while some possible frost occurs on mountaintops.
