General Situation The rather strong high pressure area from China domiated over Thailand. Cool to cold weather will continue over upper Thailand, frost is expected on high mountaintops of the North.
The rather strong northeast monsoon prevails over the South and the Gulf of Thailand, wind waves 2-3 meters is expected in the Gulf. All ships should proceed with caution and small boats in the lower Gulf from Nakhon Si Thammarat southward keep ashore.
