General Situation The rather strong high pressure areas from China remains cover Thailand. Cool to cold weather will continue over upper Thailand. Except the North and the Northeast are covering by upper westerly affect 1-3 ?C drops.
The rather strong northeast monsoon prevails over the South and the Gulf of Thailand, wind waves about 2 meters is expected in the Gulf. All ships should proceed.
The depession downgraded from tropical storm “MEKKHALA” over middle Philippines is moving northwestward. It’s expected weaken and decay in the upper South China Sea. This storm is no affect with Thailand weather.
