Weather Forecast During 18-19 Jan, the rather strong high pressure areas from China dominated over Thailand. Cool weather is likely over upper Thailand. Except the North because the upper level westerly prevail over the North affect rise in temperature 1-3 ?C and isolated rain in the first period after that temperature drop 3-5 ?C . The strong northeast monsoon prevails across the Gulf and southern Thailand. The wind wave is expected 2-3 meter high in the lower Gulf from Nakhon Si Thammarat passing south.

Tropical Storm “MEKKHALA” located near middle Philippines is moving westward slowly. It’s expected weaken and decay in the upper South China Sea During 19-20 Jan. This storm is no affect with Thailand weather.

During 20-24 Jan, the weaker high pressure areas over Thailand. Temperature rise 1-3 ?C but remain Cool in the morning The moderate northeast monsoon will prevail across the Gulf and southern Thailand. The wind wave is expected 2 meter high in the lower Gulf from Nakhon Si Thammarat passing south.
