General Situation The rather strong high pressure from China remains over upper Thailand. Cooler weather with strong wind and drops in temperature by 1-2 C are likely in the upper country.

The strong northeast monsoon prevails across the Gulf, southern Thailand and the Andaman Sea. The South is expected waves 2-3 meters high in the lower Gulf from Surat Thani passing south. All ships should proceed with caution and small boats keep ashor.
