General Situation The rather strong high pressure area cover upper Vietnam will extend to the Northeast of Thailand by tonight. It affects cool weather with 2-4 C.drop in temperature is expected in upper country. The strong northeast monsoon remains across the Gulf and southern Thailand. The wind wave 2-3 meters high are expected in the lower Gulf from Surat Thani passing south. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats further keep ashore for 1-2 days.
