General Situation Another rather strong high pressure area covers upper Vietnam. It is expected to reach upper Northeast on 21 April while hot to very hot weather occurs including upper Thailand. Summer thunderstorms, including gusty wind and some hail are expected over the Northeast will be affected during 21- 23 April and then the North, the Central and the East will be affected during 22- 25 April. People should beware of the severe conditions and keep away from unsecured buildings.
