Weather Forecast During 12-14 May, High pressure area from China will extend to cover the upper Northeast of Thailand and the South China Sea. The stronger southeasterly wind will prevail over Thailand and the Gulf where hot weather occurs in the areas. More rain is likely over the country, as well as gusty wind in some places. The southwesterly winds prevailing over the Andaman Sea and the west portion of Thailand causes scattered thundershowers in the south west coast.
During 15-18 May, the southeasterly wind prevails over Thailand and the Gulf of Thailand will weaken. The stronger southwesterly winds will prevail over the Andaman Sea and the west portion of Thailand. Widely scattered to scattered thundershowers are expected in the lower Central, the East and the South west coast. The wind waves in the Andaman Sea will strength with above 2 meters in the thundershowers area.
Warning People in upper Thailand should protecting yourself from the heat, and beware of thundershower with gusty wind. During 15-18 May, All ship in the Andaman Sea should proceed with portion.
Northern Part Hot with haze during the day and very hot in some area throughout the period.
