General Situation The southwesterly winds prevail over The Andaman Sea and Thailand with widely scattered to scattered thundershowers. During 19-21 May, the southwesterly wind will strengthen with more rain expected in the western portion of the North, the Central, the East and the South West Coast. The stronger wind wave is expected in the Andaman Sea with wave 2 meters high from Phuket upward. All ships should proceed with caution.
