General Situation The rather strong southwesterly wind prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf while the low pressure cell covers upper coastal of Myanmar. More rain is likely in the western portion of the North, the Central, the East and the South West Coast. The wind wave in the Andaman Sea is strengthening with about 2 meters high from Phuket upward. All ships should proceed with caution.
