General Situation The strong southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea and the South while the southeasterly winds prevail over the East and the Northeast. Abundant thundershowers and isolated heavy rain are expected over the country especially in the South West Coast. People should beware of heavy rain.
During 18-21 Jun, wave high 2-3 meters is likely in the upper Andaman Sea. All ships should proceed with this caution and small boats should keep ashore.
