During 24-28 Jun, the southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf of Thailand will strengthen while the southeasterly wind will bring humidity from the South China Sea to the Northeast and the Gulf of Thailand. Increasing rain and isolated heavy rain are likely in the North, the Central, the South and the East.
The strong wind waves are expected in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf of Thailand. Small boats in the Andaman Sea and upper Gulf of Thailand keep ashore throughout the period.
Tropical depression in the upper South China Sea has upgraded to the tropical storm KUJIRA. It is expected moving to the southern China during 23-24 Jun, and decline to low pressure on 25 Jun.
Warning During 24-28 Jun, people in the North, the Central, the Southwest and the East should beware of heavy rain. All ships in the upper Gulf of Thailand and the Andaman Sea should proceed with caution, and small boats in the Andaman Sea and upper Gulf of Thailand keep ashore throughout the period.
