General Situation At 04.00 a.m. LST today, the tropical storm “(KUJIRA)” in the Hainan island was centered at latitude 19.8 degree North, latitude 109.7 degree East with maximum sustained winds about 65 km/hr. It is moving Northwest at 10 km/hr. Expected this storm will move across Hainan Island and into the South of China during 23 June 2015. These cause the area to the east of the Northeast with more rain lasting 25 June. All travelers will go to southern China advised to follow the weather forecast before their departure.
The wind waves in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf of Thailand remains strong. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats in the upper Andaman Sea should keep ashore during 23-27 June
