General Situation At 04.00 a.m. LST today, Tropical storm “KUJIRA” in the upper Vietnam was downgraded to the tropical depression. It was due about 100 km North of Hanoi city, or latitude 22.0 degree North and longitude 106.0 degree East, with maximum sustained winds about 50 km/hr. It is moving northwest at 10 km/hr. It declined to the low pressure. Remain rain is expected in the Northeast of Thailand. All travelers should follow the weather forecast before their departure.

The wind waves in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf of Thailand remains strong. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats should keep ashore until 27 June 2015.

Southwesterly winds 15-35 km/hr.

Central Part Very cloudy with scattered thundershowers mostly in Uthai Thani,

Kanchanaburi, Ratchaburi and Suphan Buri.

Southwesterly winds 15-30 km/hr.

Eastern Part Very cloudy with scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rain

mostly in Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat.

Wave height about 2 meters and above 2 meters in thundershower areas.

Southern Part (East Coast) Cloudy with widely scattered thundershowers

mainly in Phetchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan and Chumphon.

Southern Part (West Coast) Cloudy with widely scattered thundershowers mainly in Ranong and Phang-nga.

Wave height 2-3 meters and above 3 meters in thundershower areas.
