General Situation The monsoon trough lies across Myanmar and upper Laos causing rainfall over the upper North and the Northeast of Thailand. The moderate southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, southern Thailand and the Gulf. Abundant rain is likely in the South West Coast with wave height about 2 meters in the Andaman Sea. All ships in the areas should proceed with caution.

Typhoon “NANGKA” in Pacific Ocean will move to Japan during 16-18 July. All travelers should stay tuned for the weather update. This storm does not have a significant impact on Thailand.
