General Situation The rather strong southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf of Thailand. Rainfall is likely over Thailand with isolated heavy rain. The strong wind wave 2-3 meters height in the Andaman Sea. All ships in the areas should proceed with caution and small boats keep ashore. The monsoon trough across Myanmar, Laos and upper Vietnam.
Typhoon “NANGKA” in Pacific Ocean will move to the south of Japan on 16 July. All travelers should stay tuned for the weather update. This storm does not have a significant impact on Thailand.
