Weather Forecast The southwest monsoon over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf of Thailand gets stronger. Increasing rain is likely in the western part of the North, the Central, the South and the East, as well as isolated heavy rain in the East and the South. The monsoon trough lies across Myanmar and Laos PDR throughout the period. Rain remains likely over the upper North and the Northeast. During 18-21 Jul, the southeast wind prevails across the East and the Northeast. More rain is expected with isolated heavy rain while the strong wind waves 2-3 meters high in the Andaman Sea.
Typhoon “NANGKA” over the Pacific Ocean will move to Japan. The storms have not a significant impact on Thailand.
