General Situation The rather strong southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf of Thailand while the monsoon trough moves across the upward part of Thailand. Rain is likely with isolated heavy rain over the country with the strong wind waves expected 2-3 meters high in the Andaman Sea. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats keep ashore.

Typhoon “NANGKA” in the Pacific moves to southern Japan. All travelers should stay tuned for the weather update. This storm does not have a significant impact on Thailand.
