During 18-20 Jul, the monsoon trough lies across the upper North and the Northeast to low pressure over the Gulf of Tonkin. Increasing rain is likely over Thailand with isolated heavy rain. During 21-23 Jul, the southeast wind bring humidity from the South China Sea prevails over the lower Northeast and the East. Decreasing rain is likely in the areas. The strong wind waves 2-3 meters high in the Andaman Sea.
Warning All ships in the Andaman Sea should proceed with caution, and small boats keep ashore.
