General Situation The monsoon trough over the North the upper Northeast of Thailand moves to across Myanmar and upper Laos, and the strong southwest monsoon prevailing over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf of Thailand to be weak. Decreasing rain is expected over Thailand. However heavy rain will occur in some areas of the North, people should beware of heavy rain and flash flood. The wave height about 2 meters remains in the Andaman Sea. All ships should proceed with caution.
