General Situation The monsoon trough lies across the North and the Northeast, and the strong southwest monsoon prevails across the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf of Thailand. Abundant rain is likely with some heavy rain in the East and the South. People in risky areas should beware of possible flash flood. The provinces include Trat, Ranong, Phang-nga, Phuket, Krabi, Trang and Satun. The wind-waves are expected 2-3 meters high in the Andaman Sea. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats keep ashore.

Tropical depression “SOUDELOR” located at Fujian was downgrade to low pressure cell, it is forecast to head to Zhejiang, China. All travelers should stay tuned for the weather update. The storm has not a significant impact on Thailand.

mostly in Loei, Chaiyaphum, Nakhon Ratchasima, Buri Ram, Surin and Ubon Ratchathani.

Southwesterly winds 15-35 km/hr.

Central Part Cloudy with scattered thundershowers mostly in Nakhon Sawan, Chai Nat, Uthai Thani,

Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Suphan Buri, Lop Buri, Ratchaburi and Kanchanaburi.

Minimum temperature 25-26 C. Maximum temperature 33-36 C.

Southwesterly winds 15-35 km/hr.

Eastern Part Very cloudy with scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rain

in Nakhon Nayok, Prachin Buri, Sa Kaeo, Chanthaburi and Trat.

Minimum temperature 24-27 C. Maximum temperature 31-35 C.

Southwesterly winds 20-35 km/hr.

Wave height about 2 meters and above 2 meters in thundershower areas.

Southern Part (East Coast) Very cloudy with scattered thundershowers mostly in Chumphon, Surat Thani,

Nakhon Si Thammarat, Patthalung, Songkhla, Pattani, Yala and Narathiwat.

Minimum temperature 22-26 C. Maximum temperature 32-35 C.

Southwesterly winds 20-35 km/hr.

Wave height 1-2 meters and about 2 meters offshore.

Southern Part (West Coast) Very cloudy with fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy rain

in Ranong, Phang-nga, Phuket, Krabi, Trang and Satun.

Minimum temperature 21-25 C. Maximum temperature 29-32 C.

Phuket upward: Southwesterly winds 20-40 km/hr.

Wave height 2-3 meters and above 3 meters in thundershower areas.

Krabi downward: Southwesterly winds 20-35 km/hr.

Wave height about 2 meters.

Metropolitan Cloudy with scattered thundershowers.

Minimum Temperature 27-28 C. Maximum Temperature 33-36 C.
