General Situation The monsoon trough lies across the North and the upper Northeast, and the strong southwest monsoon prevails across the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf of Thailand. Isolated heavy rain in the East and the South. People in risky areas should beware of possible flash flood. The provinces include Trat, Ranong, Phang-nga and Phuket. The wind-waves are expected 2-3 meters high in the Andaman Sea. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats keep ashore.

in Ranong, Phang-nga, Phuket and Krabi.
