mostly in Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Lamphun, Lampang, Phayao,
Phrae, Nan, Tak, Uttaradit, Sukhothai, Kamphaeng Phet and Phichit.

mostly in Khon Kaen, Chaiyaphum, Nakhon Ratchasima,
