During 13-15 Sep, the monsoon trough During 16-17 Sep, the monsoon trough will lie across the North and the Northeast, and the southwest monsoon will strengthen. Isolated heavy to very heavy rain is likely in the Northeast, the East and the South. The strong wind waves 2-3 meters high are likely over the Andaman Sea and the Gulf of Thailand.
During the middle of the month, the low pressure cell in the South China Sea has the possibility to develop into a tropical storm.
