Weather Forecast During 15-18 Sep, tropical depression “VAMCO” over Laos has downgraded from Tropical storm “VAMCO” and move to Ubon Ratchathani. It is expected to move to the Eastern and the Central. The southwest monsoon prevailing over the Andaman Sea, the South, and the Gulf of Thailand will strengthen. Abundant rain is expected over Thailand with isolated heavy to very heavy rain and gusty wind in the Northeast, the East, the Central and the South. The strong wind waves 2-3 meters high are expected in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf of Thailand. During 19-21 Sep, the monsoon trough, and the southwest monsoon will weaken. Decreasing rain is likely in upper Thailand. Rainfall remain is likely in the North.
Warning During 15-18 Sep, People in the North, the Northeast, the East and the South should beware of heavy rain. All ships in the Andaman and the Gulf of Thailand Sea should proceed with caution, and small boats keep ashore.
