The provinces include Ubon Ratchathani, Si Sa Ket, Surin, Buri Ram, Nakhon Ratchasima, Nakhon Sawan, Lop Buri, Saraburi, Nakhon Nayok, Prachin Buri, Sa Kaeo, Chacheongsao, Chon Buri, Rayong, Chanthaburi, Trat, Ranong, Phangnga and Phuket. The strong wind waves are expected 2-3 meters high in the Gulf of Thailand and the Andaman Sea. All ships should proceed with caution during 17-18 September.
