General Situation At 7.00 a.m. today, Tropical storm “MUJIGAE” downgrade to tropical depression was centered 50 km Northeast of Naning, Guangxi Province, China. This is storm will downgrade to low pressure cell in the next time. The monsoon trough lies across the Central and the Northeast of Thailand, cause is intensifying rain and isolated heavy rain over the North, the Northeast, the Central and the East. People should beware of the severe conditions.
