General Situation The weak high pressure area covers upper Thailand and the South China Sea. Slight rise in temperature and fog in the morning are expected in the areas while cool weather remains in the North and the Northeast. The moderate northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and the South of Thailand with scattered to fairly widespread rain, as well as isolated heavy rain. People in the South should beware of influence of accumulated rainfall.
The easterly wave from the South China Sea move to the lower Northeast and the East. Increasing Rain in the areas this period.
