Outbreaks of persistent cold spell and strong winds are likely by 2-4 C decrease. People in the upper Thailand should keep healthy due to the changeable weather conditions.

The strong northeast monsoon over the Gulf and the South of Thailand causes more rain, as well as isolated heavy to very heavy thundershower, expected in provinces of Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung, Songkhla, Pattani, Yala and Narathiwat. People should beware of severe weather conditions and possible flash flood.

The strong wind waves 2-4 meters high are likely in the Gulf of Thailand. All ships in the Gulf should proceed with caution, and small boats keep ashore. People living along seashore should beware of high inshore wave by 29 November.
