During 15-19 Dec 2015; another moderate high pressure from China will extend to upper Thailand. Rain will occur at first and cool to cold condition with follow dropping by 3-5 ?C. People should keep warm and healthy. The strong northeast monsoon prevails across the Gulf and the South of Thailand and the strong wind wave about 2 meters height in the areas. All ship in the Gulf of Thailand should proceed with caution.
