During 17-22 Dec, The stronger northeast monsoon prevails across the Gulf and the South. More rain and isolated heavy rain are expected in this area and wind wave in the Gulf 2-4 meters high.
Typhoon “MELOR” in the middle South China Sea will move to the lower South China Sea and downgrade to tropical storm and low pressure in the next period. People will keep close with information.
