The strong high pressure from China covers the Northeast, the Central and the East of Thailand. During 17-19 Dec, cool to cold spell and windy with frost in the North, following with 4-7 ?C drops in the Northeast and 3-5 ?C elsewhere, People should keep warm and healthy.
The northeast monsoon across the Gulf and the South of Thailand will intensify with wind waves 2-4 meters high in the lower Gulf from Surat Thani downward. People should beware of inshore surf. All ships in the Gulf should proceed with caution while small boats keep ashore during 17-20 December.
The tropical storm “Melor” over the central South China Sea, western of Philippines. All passengers should check the weather update before their departure.
