General Situation
The active low remains over the lower Gulf and the lower South. More rain with isolated heavy to very heavy rain, is possible, especially in provinces of Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumphon, Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung, Songkhla, Ranong, Phangnga and Phuket.
People in the areas should beware of the severe condition and possible flash flood. The strong wind waves are likely 2-4 meters high in the Gulf. All ships in the Gulf should proceed with caution and beware of inshore surf while small boats keep ashore in 1-2 days.
The high pressure areas cover Thailand is weakening with rising temperature expected over upper the country. Morning cool spell remains over the North, the Northeast and the upper Central.
