Weather Forecast During 23-24 Dec, the active low pressure cell still covers the Gulf and the lower South of Thailand. More rain and isolated heavy to very heavy rain are expected over the South. The wind waves are still likely 2-4 meters high in the Gulf. The weak high pressure covers upper Thailand. Rising temperature with fog in the morning and isolated thick patches are expected over upper Thailand while cool to cold weather remains in the North and the Northeast.
During 25-29 Dec, another high pressure from China will extend to upper Thailand. Rain is expected for the first period; then cool weather follows by 2-3 C decrease with strong wind. It effects first the Northeast then the rest regions. The northeast monsoon prevails across the Gulf and the South of Thailand. The wind waves are likely 2-3 meters high in the Gulf.
Warning During 23-24 Dec, people in the South should beware of heavy rain and possible flood. During 25-27 Dec, people in the North should beware of the weather conditions include people in the upper Thailand should keep healthy due to the changeable weather conditions. People living in coastal South East Coast careful waves toward the shore. All ships in the Gulf of Thailand should proceed with caution, and small boats keep ashore during 27-29 Dec.
