The low pressure remains over the central Gulf and the central South. Scattered rain with isolated heavy rain, is possible, especially in provinces of Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumphon, Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat.
The moderate wind waves are likely 2-3 meters high in the Gulf. All ships in the Gulf should proceed with caution and beware of inshore surf while small boats keep ashore today (24 December 2015).
The high pressure areas cover Thailand is weakening with rising temperature and fog in the morning, isolated thick patches expected over upper the country. All transports should proceed with caution due to poor visibility.
