General Situation Another rather strong high pressure over China will extend to the Northeast of Thailand by tonight (25 Dec). Outbreaks of rain will be likely followed by cool spell in the upper country. Temperatures decrease by 2-4 ?C in the Northeast but 2-3 ?C in the rest region. People should keep warm and healthy.

The moderate northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and the South of Thailand with about 2 meters high in the Gulf. All ships should proceed with caution.
