General Situation The rather strong high pressure from China extends to the Northeast of Thailand, and it will extend to cover upper Thailand until 3 January 2016. Cooler weather follows by 4-6 C decrease is expected over upper Thailand. People in the upper of Country should keep warm and healthy. The stronger northeast monsoon will prevail over the Gulf and the South of Thailand. The wind waves are expected 2-3 meters high in the Gulf. All ship should proceed with caution and small keep ashore during 30 December 2015 – 3 January 2016.
